- Eligibility:
Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unwashed, original-condition items with packaging intact. Handmade variation clause: minor variations in colour, weave, size (±2–3 cm) are natural. - How to Initiate a Return:
Email care@thecozyeddit.com with order details. Our team will assist. - Credit Note:
Matches final amount paid (after promotional offers), valid 90 days, usable sitewide, non-transferable. - Refund Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered in cases of severe manufacturing defects, incorrect shipment, duplicate payment, or inability to replace. - Quality Check:
All returns undergo QC. Returns showing use, damage, missing tags, or poor packing may be rejected. - Return Shipping:
Customer bears return shipping unless product arrived defective/incorrect. Use trackable courier. - Non-Returnable Items:
Hygiene-sensitive items, used bath mats, customized items, clearance items, and products marked non-returnable at time of sale. - Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
