The Cozy Eddit® is a trademark brand operated by Kiasa Enterprise.

Every product is crafted with care, often by skilled artisans. We want your shopping experience to be stress-free and reassuring.

  1. Eligibility:
    Returns accepted within 7 days for unused, unwashed, original-condition items with packaging intact. Handmade variation clause: minor variations in colour, weave, size (±2–3 cm) are natural.
  2. How to Initiate a Return:
    Email care@thecozyeddit.com with order details. Our team will assist.
  3. Credit Note:
    Matches final amount paid (after promotional offers), valid 90 days, usable sitewide, non-transferable.
  4. Refund Exceptions:
    Refunds may be considered in cases of severe manufacturing defects, incorrect shipment, duplicate payment, or inability to replace.
  5. Quality Check:
    All returns undergo QC. Returns showing use, damage, missing tags, or poor packing may be rejected.
  6. Return Shipping:
    Customer bears return shipping unless product arrived defective/incorrect. Use trackable courier.
  7. Non-Returnable Items:
    Hygiene-sensitive items, used bath mats, customized items, clearance items, and products marked non-returnable at time of sale.
  8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
    Email within 48 hours with photos/video. Replacement or Credit Note will be issued post-verification.
  9. Order Cancellation:
    Allowed only before dispatch.
