These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.thecozyeddit.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Kiasa Enterprise. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase from this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. General

  • The Cozy Eddit® sells home furnishings and lifestyle products curated and crafted with care.
  • These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Website indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

  • Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend services without notice

 2. Product Information & Authenticity

  • Many of our products are artisan-crafted or hand-finished.
  • Slight variations in colour, weave, texture, or size (±2–3 cm) are natural and not considered defects.
  • Product images on the Website are for representation only; actual products may vary due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept secure prepaid online payments only (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, International Cards).
  • We do NOT offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • Prices, shipping fees, or promotions may change without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • All deliveries are handled through trusted courier partners.
  • Shipping timelines, charges, and policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy.
  • Delays caused by external factors (courier issues, weather, customs, strikes, etc.) are outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed products in original condition and packaging.
  • Approved returns receive a Credit Note valid for 90 days.
  • Refunds are issued only in exceptional circumstances such as:
  • proven manufacturing defects
  • incorrect product shipped
  • duplicate payment
  • inability to replace damaged/defective items
  • Returns and cancellations must comply with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website—including brand name, logo, images, product designs, graphics, text, and layout—is the intellectual property of Kiasa Enterprise.
  • No part of the Website may be reproduced, copied, sold, or used commercially without prior written consent.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not store or have access to your payment card details; all payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
  • We do not sell or rent customer data.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Cozy Eddit™ and Kiasa Enterprise are not liable for:

  • minor artisanal variations in products
  • damage arising from improper use, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions
  • delay, loss, or damage caused by courier partners
  • technical errors, interruptions, or website downtime
  • unauthorised access to user accounts due to weak or compromised credentials

Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the value of the order placed.

10. User Responsibilities
By using the Website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities
  • Not use the Website to transmit harmful software, spam, or malicious content
